COMMITTED TO CONTINUOUS INVESTMENT AND PRODUCT IMPROVEMENT
Mazak believes that in order to manufacture products that most effectively meet the needs of our customers, we must do so in the markets we serve. As a result, Mazak has been successfully manufacturing some of the world’s most advanced Multi-Tasking, 5-axis, turning and milling machines in Florence, Kentucky since 1974.
During this time, we have demonstrated a constant commitment to both our customers and U.S. manufacturing through ongoing investment in the growth of our Production-On-Demand North American Manufacturing Plant.
In fact, the plant has undergone 15 expansions to date, each time advancing our engineering capabilities, product development and diversification and production efficiency to effectively support the growing technology demands of our customers across all industry segments.
We are currently in the process of adding 200,000 square feet of floor space to the plant. When the expansion is complete in early 2014, we will be able to produce up to 200 machine tool units per month, depending on product mix. It will also increase the export of select Kentucky designed and manufactured models worldwide.
ISO 9001:2008 certified, Mazak is the only machine tool manufacturing plant nationwide with dedicated facilities to manufacture, repair and rebuild machine spindles.
